Spring Detox Salad

1 bunch spinach greens
1 bunch arugula greens
1-2 c kale greens, chopped
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 c cranberries, dried
1 c + 2 Tbl walnuts or pecans, set 2 Tbl aside for topping
2-4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, broken into chucks
2 Tbl each of chia seeds and berry vinegar dressing for topping
Place all ingredients, minus toppings, into a serving bowl. Mix thoroughly. Then top with chia seeds, your choice of nuts and berry vinegar dressing. And BAM! There you have it: a spring detox salad that is both delicious and nutritious!
